How Do I Become a Consultant?
Before you start with us we will ask you to go through our qualifying process. Our interview process will include any or all of the following:
- Technical and behavioural interview — face to face (in person or via Teams)
- A technical test
- Reference checking
What We Offer Our Consultants
Online Learning Benefit
Claim up to $80 per month for online learning — any course, any platform. Pre-certification, technical training, leadership, or soft skills.
Technical Certification Assistance
We'll pay for up to 2 certifications per annum for nominated certifications required over the length of your tenure.
Flexible Pay Cycles
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay cycles available depending on your preference. We can also accommodate ABN arrangements.
Consultant Referral Bonus
Refer a consultant to any of our open vacancies and receive a $250 visa card for every successful referral you make.
Regular One-on-One Discussions
We touch base with you once a fortnight and your leader once a month. We stay on top of any issues and ensure early contract renewals for income continuity.
